My wife and I bought two awesome new snow machines and a trailer. We were impressed with the efficiency of the entire process and the level of exemplary service ewe received from everyone there. However, the true measure of their customer service was certainly tested at the first mile when my machine's computer mechanism shut down on Lake CleElum. After almost two hours of intense diagnostics and probing by myself and 2 experienced riders, we made the "MayDay" call to MOTOPLEX. Thank goodness for the complementary keychain!! Garrett Powers answered the phone and never hesitated in problem solving with me, and truly saved a memorable New Year's sledding weekend. His communication, commitment to meet every deadline, resolve, and amazing customer service is to be commended. Realizing that our first day of sledding was lost, he paid for our hotel accomodations for the two days His promise that my new sled would be delivered at 7:30 p.m. at the hotel was absolutely right on! This was truly incredible as it was my understanding that two MOTOPLEX employees drove from Lynnwood to Wenachee to pick it up, and then on to CleElum for the delivery/exchange. That's networking and teamwork at it's best! As stressful and disappointing as the experience was, Garrett turned it quickly around and totally took care of us! His ownership and successful resolution of a very challenging situation is a tale we will proudly talk about. Thank you!!!! We will absolutely refer everyone to but at MOTOPLEX! Great job!
