I tend to leave things off to the last minute for school, and in one particular incident, my computer wouldn't start up midway through a ten page history paper. The paper was of course, due the next day, and I didn't have the phone number of any technician on hand. So I brought the laptop to Lynn's and they were totally cool about it, promising to get it fixed right away. It turned out that there was only a problem with the power button inside - somehow it had gotten dislocated from the power switch. I got it back just hours after in perfectly good condition, and managed to finish my paper ontime. Thank you Lynn's!
