I live at Southwood been here 10 years was a nice quiet place WAS now it is not.there are unsupervised screaming kids outside my door everyday. there is nowhere for the kids to play but parking lot or right outside your door. I live on the 2nd floor but there are still kids on bikes scooters back and forth outside my door screaming . this place has gone down hill in the last two years. loud rude people are the norm here.I have had my car damaged by kids going in between parked car with there bikes and scooters.so ready to move. more

After going nearly 4 months of having a problem with my furnace every other week over this past ice storm I was forced to go by space heaters: the ladies my office at Brighton Park a very nice however Tia in the corprate office should not ever be working with any one in the public ever!!!! I called due to I am fed up with this heat problem I wanted them to pay for the space heaters I had to purchase. Her response was well we gave you key to the model apartment seriously who the hell wants to stay in a model apartment.... their is no tv and its just not your home!!!! the lady who answered the phone at Lynco was rude from the start and Tia had the nerve to tell me to calm down... how about you calm down lady I can't wait for my lease to end I have lived in Brighton Park for 3 years but will be excited for my lease to end I have had enough!!!!!!! and this is unacceptable by any accounts quit being cheap and fix my heater!!!!! more

they don't care about their tenants! If your not friends with someone that works for them then don't bother complaining to them, they won't do anything about it! Don't ever work for them they don't care how hard you work they'll wrongfully terminate you unless your friends with them. more

Timberline is at it worse since Lynco took over. Grounds are filthy, Pros: There is no pro's for this place, since Lynco took over it has gone DOWNHILLE, I am not kidding Cons: Filthy, Filthy, Filthy and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS more

I recently stopped by a building that has been in Muskogee for as long as I can remember. In the past it was notorious for trouble. Over the past 6 months I noticed that it was under new management, andit truley looks like a whole new property, I live down the street and my grand daughter was looking for housing. The location was perfect so I crossed my fingers and stopped by. I was greeted by a little lady with a big smile. She welcomed me into her office and made me feel so welcome I almost wanted to move there my self. She explained how she was a new manager who worked for a company called Lynco. As she toured me the property she showed me the improvements the company had made and how much had changed over the past year. The apartments she showed me were neat and clean. They are all one bedrooms, but have plenty of space.There is a pool and laundry on site. And of course this gracious lady who lives on site as well. By the time we finished our tour I was hook and brought my grand daughter to see her. She is now a tenent at Ricco and I know she is living in a safe , clean and wholesome enviroment. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a apartment to go to one of these Lynco properties. If all their managers are like the one I met you are getting the best place in town to live. A Place where you can call HOME. Pros: great staff Cons: not enough apartments more
