It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Worst

Three night stay was a nightmare. First of all, the hotel and rooms were just slightly better than average--nothing to crow about. The service was average at best....other than ...

Ritz-Carlton Hotels 11/29/2005

overpriced for what it is I recently stayed at the Ritz downtown. I was rather disappointed. The Ritz is very well known for basically kissing up to the guest. Well, it seemed as if they were having a bad day in the service industry. I can later than the rest of my party and they seemed to busy to help me with my things. Once someone in my party can to get me downstairs we went upstairs and waited on my items which we suppose to be delivered. After 30 minutes I step out into the hall to see if I saw my items and saw that a man was placing my items into someone elses room. My expericence just went downhill from there. I will probably not stay at the Ritz again. more

    The 25-story high-rise is set deep in downtown Atlanta. It was the neighborhood's first luxury hotel, and it's still the best.
