If you're not Jennifer Lopez or Donald Trump, then you are clearly not on Lotus's A list for customer service. I ordered roses for my girlfriend to be delivered at 10am to her office but instead, they arrived 8pm the night before, well after she had left for the day. As a result, she was welcomed with a dz DEAD long stem red roses on her desk the next morning. When I called Luis, the owner of the florist, he indicated that the situation would be rectified immediately. Well immediately for him was 3 1/2 hours later and while the roses were replaced, they were not as well presented as the first arrangement. Furthermore, he refused to credit me for their mistakle. Don't believe the hype about this place. There are florists out there that have a comparable product and actually care about their ""non-celeb"" customers.
