OH BOY! Where to start? My sister scheduled my bachelorette weekend to include spa time and Lord and Ladies. We had some illnesses and 2 girls cancelled. As soon as we knew, we contacted them to make the changes. The manager looked at the book while we were on the phone and said, ""There is so many names, this is confusing."" We understood this was a party of 8 but we thought they had some experience. \r
We got there Saturday morning and each girl was going over their services and NOTHING was scheduled right! People were missing services, and others had Pedicures added. There ended up being 4 pedicures we didn't schedule. Apparantly this was a HUGE issue and the staff and owner were immediately talking about us as we were filling out paperwork. The owner kept saying, ""Girls, fill up spaces there are lots of blank spaces."" \r
They did have food out for us which was disgusting and the owne was badgering us to eat it! We'll eat when we're hungry, thank you. Anyway, a few of us were sitting and waiting for our services whent the owner storms in and asks, ""WHERE IS THE BRIDE?"" I said it was me and she told me to come in this back room. She continued to yell at me for over 5 minutes. Well the room echoed and everyone could hear her yelling at me. She demanded that I pay for the pedicures we cancelled. I reminded her that we never scheduled them and that there was a mistake. She then came out and yelled at the rest of the girls telling them, ""You better tip the girls really good because you aren't getting pedicures."" \r
Her attitude and unprofessionalism ruined the WHOLE weekend. The technicians there were great! Everything came out wonderfully but the owner is SO RUDE! There were other customers that came up to me to say how awful she was to me on bachelorette party. The owner said she did this kind of thing all the time, that was clearly not the case. I refused to pay for pedicures she schduled for us, we never wanted those services. I feel bad for the technicians because her conduct will most certainly effect their business and thus how much they make and that should not be the case. \r
I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. I do not even live near Buffalo, we drove there from Syracuse and I was treated with the utmost disregard for respect and courtesy. The owner, Kay, was absolutely ridiculous and out of line. She doesn't even deserve to be in business. I wish I could pick NO STARS!
Pros: Technicians were good.
Cons: THE OWNER IS A NIGHTMARE!
