Worst salesperson 4/4/2007

Don't get me wrong. Lexus is an excellent car, but this dealer is the worst. The salesmen just ignored you and you have to beg them to sell you a car. I went there a few times in the past years and hoped they would change their attitudes as time past. No luck. Last time I went there was a month ago and I got the same treatment. No one to greet you;no one to answer your questions. I asked for a brochure and they just said 'go to the internet'. Never go back to this dealer again. family bought some cars here. good enough to return but they could improve in some areas compared to other dealers we have dealed with in the past. we like lexus though. Pros: great automobiles Cons: negotiations can take a long time more

worst dealer 9/4/2006

worst dealer to purchase a car from. terrible services, and pricing is ok. i would never come back again. very unprofessional. Pros: good price when you deal with asian saleman Cons: don't go back for service, they'll make excuses and would never fix your car. or fix it but won't work right. more
