Longhorn Glass & Mirror

Own a 5th wheel trailer, one of the large windows broke. 2 RV dealers recommended 2 glass companies. I read reviews -chose Longhorn Glass. Was a liite aprihensive since one RVer didn't give a good review. So... I called: the receptionist was professional. Asked for info and then read it back to check everything was correct (it was). Came out to see the work when they said they would. Called and gave me the estimate. Gave a time line on the job and it was done!! Glass came in the morning, tech made a 2:30 pm appointment and was on time and got the job done looks great! I would recommend them to all. more

This company and their employees were awesome to work with. My daughter's car was vandalized and she being a full time student was unable to meet with them. They picked up the keys from her, repaired the car AND vacuumed the glass AND returned the keys all before I got back to the office from lunch. AMAZING SERVICE! more

So I go to U.T. and yes my car was broken into. I had 6 classes set up that day and couldn't leave. I called Longhorn Glass to get a estimate on my door glass the price was fair and so I proceeded to explain my issue with class and trying to get this done. They really went out of there way to help we , with picking up my keys from my roommate and going to my car at a parking garage while i went to all my classes. I didn't miss a class and got my car fixed (and they vacuumed the broken glass out) so I didn't have to do that either. I would have to say they've done me good, I really didn't know what I was going to do that morning, and I'm glad that I called Longhorn Glass.\r Thank again\r A satisfied customer!!!!! Title says it all. Their customer service is awful. If anything goes wrong and you have to deal with them, you are in for hell. They will not call you back or be respectful of your wasted time. You will have to call them to get things fixed and basically do their job for them. I had them do work on my car a few months ago, and it turned out the glass wasn't sealed right. Then when I called to complain, they didn't care. They will also leave you waiting for hours and not give you any time frame or apologize for all of your time they have wasted. They are the cheapest for a reason! Pay a little more somewhere else so you don't take the risk and get screwed! Cons: Terrible customer service more

I needed a window in my home replaced, I called Longhorn Glass they sent a technician named Mike\r to do a survey, he was very knowledgeable, I was impressed at how quickly they came out and had it\r replaced, very professional Company. It all started with the girls that answered the phone to Mike taking\r care of the window, everything went so smoothly , I totally will refer anyone that needs any glass for their \r home or auto to them, Great job! I recently had my windshield replaced by Longhorn Glass. The situation was that I went in on a Saturday, prior to them closing and the owner had already sent home the guys who put in the glass. I was leaving to go out of town and didn't want to get pulled over because my windshield was badly broken. The owner, whose name is Fred was very polite, courteous and funny. He had the glass in stock and stood himself to do the job even after the store was closed. The price was great and he did a great job on my car. I haven't had any problems! Thank you Longhorn Glass and Fred for taking care of me. I told my parents and all of my friends about y'all!!! I highly reccomend this company to anyone who needs glass. They have been in business he said for almost 12years in Austin! HOOK 'EM HORNS!!!!!!! Pros: Helped me out in a bind and did great work! more

ok so they threw a window in my car but failed to clean out any of the broken glass inside the door panel..this caused the door locking mechanism to fail which would not allow me to unlock my car door. the OWNER came out to unlock the car door and he resulted in scratching ,gouging,and denting the area above the door panel and then tells my wife that he didnt do it ..it must have been the GUY WHO BROKE IN THE CAR blah blah blah....dude i found tool marks inside the car by the unlock button on the side that you said was not entered. ok yall for the worst part the PERVERT actually made a pass at my wife by asking her out to dinner....my god i wish i would have been home during all this. 1) YOU ARE A PATHETIC LIAR (2) YOU ARE A PREVERT (3) PROFFESSIONAL SERVICE WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!! people what ever you do please be careful around this company ...mayby they will treat you better than us ....mayby worse. i can only hope the most horrible of things to happen to this man.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have never written a review in my life prior to this incident....now i will read before i hire anyone ....as for long horn glass on ih 35 austin tx so long PERVERT.
