I knew this guy when he was doing business in South Florida, he is infamous for doing bankruptcies and burning all of his suppliers only to re-emerge under another name in a different area.
Now the word is that he is making more $$ being legit so for the time being he's doing a good job. Lets hope he doesn't have a bad quarter because it's the guys making those nice clothes, etc he sells that have always had to pay.
