HORRIBLE!! 10/23/2014

RUN!!! These people are SHADY. They quote you a price and then add on additional money without discussing it with you first. They then "HOLD YOUR CAR HOSTAGE" if you have a problem with the price or don't want to pay. They told me it would take TWO DAYS for them to fix my car...we're going on THREE WEEKS. They never call, and when you call them, they just pass you around and no one will give you a straight answer. They're super nice at first to get your business but IT'S NOT WORTH IT! Not even worth one star in my book. STAY AWAY. more

Worst shop ever 8/13/2014

Every year I will write a bad review for the over $3000 this place screwed out of me and my family. If this site would give me the option to give zero stars I would. REVIEW BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ( BBB) they will show you the true story. All the mechanics are non English speaking Hispanics that show no trained mechanic skills whatsoever. I watched them drop a crankshaft on the floor, pick it up, laugh and say "it's ok". Whoever is at this place to let it say it is ASE certified is not working on those cars. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!! Note they even say all work done in house, so they don't get parts that need machining done. more

This is the best engine repair shop I have ever been to. Everyone was nice and honest. As well as speaking Spanish, the front office is fluent in English. Awesome customer service, good people, fair prices, easy to deal with more

I've been here a couple times with my car and my wife's car. They always do a really good job on my cars and they always get the cars back to us within the time predicted if not sooner then what they predicted for them to take care of the repairs. more
