DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! !!!! BETTER YET - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR PATRONAGE!!! I bought two Groupon's for 1 hour massages at Lon Micheal's Salon back in March of 2011 and called in June to make appointments for them. At the time, I was told that there were no appointments available until September. However, I needed a weekend appointment, and the FIRST available appointment for that was the end of October. It was to be a couple's massage but they told me over the phone that we could not be taken at the same time, so they scheduled us for 11am and 12pm. When we walked into the store, eager to partake in our massages, our names were not in the book to be seen. In fact, they were NO where in the book at all! Instead of being apologetic to us, I was told to call the number on the groupon and try and get my money back. No sorry. No apology. Nothing. What's more? When I left, I ran into a man outside the building who told me that they had sold more than 3000 groupons and had received hundreds of complaints from those attempting to get appointments to use them! The staff were RUDE, the situation unprofessional, and I left feeling unimportant and very upset. Don't fall into the same trap - there are hundreds of GOOD massage rendering spots in the area - and I would recommend checking into one of those. This place is a SCAM!!!!
