The TASTING ROOM's Chef David Uygur can make a sugar snap pea into a bite-size symphony of savory goodness! Having dined there several times, I have eaten things I never KNEW to like, lapped them up and wished for more. Each time, I was seated promptly, served at my own dining pace by attentive waiters who knew the menu and stories behind the "bites" and wines and enhanced my dining experience by sharing them.
