NOT a gay bar 3/8/2007

No longer a gay bar. Don't pay $5 like i did to find out. Nice red necks, but GLBT go somewhere else. more

Gay Bar/Lounge Environment 1/7/2003

The loft is a small gay owned and operated lounge in Smithfield. Usually there's a smallish crowd there, and unlike most of the Providence Gay Bars and Clubs, there's very little attitude. The Back Lounge has Karaoke every Friday and Saturday night at 9pm. During the summer they have an olympic sized pool open in the back. Great all around bar. Wonderful atmosphere. Pros: Wonderful people, Great atmosphere, Excellent drinks Cons: Location, Location, Location more
