Worst experience I ever had .more than a month ago I went to this shop because of the good reviews here and talked to Ed about fixing a lock on a vending machine .he accepted the job and told me to pick it up a week later. a week later I showed up to pick it up, he said he didn't have time to fix it and asked me to come back in another week. a week later when I showed up he said he was busy with a big project and he will get it ready a week from now for sure. there was no apology for being late and wasting my time .again I didn't complain and agreed to come back next week but asked him to give me a call when he is done. I didn't hear anything from him so I assumed he isn't ready ,yet I waited 2 weeks and since he hadn't contacted me I decided to drive there and see what's going on. when I showed up Ed told me that he shouldn't have accepted the job since the money he has asked me to pay " DOESNOT WORTH HIS TIME" .he was very rude and didn't apologize at all for his attitude and wasting my time. I was shocked when he mentioned the fee since I agreed to pay him whatever he was asking for and now after more than a month of going there back and forth ,he was so rude to tell me it doesn't worth his time to do it .I am still in shock about the whole thing ,never in my life anyone had talked to me as a costumer like that. what an awful person and costumer service
