Loan Star Motors is such a great place to buy a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2007 Chevy from this dealership. Thank you to the whole team, Josh, Ross and John for making my experience so quick and easy. In the past I have dreaded purchasing vehicles because of being pressured by the sales person. This IS NOT the case at Loan Star Motors. They treated me like family from the moment I pulled into the dealership. I would definitely recommend anyone to them, especially my friends and family! Thanks again LSM!! more

I had been searching for a pickup truck for about 2 months. I went to several truck dealerships in the Pasadena area and was treated without respect and just seen as another commission. I decided to expand my options and search the Humble area. I came across Loan Star Motors and was instantly impressed with the service I received. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by smiling faces and friendly customer service representatives. Personally, I can admit that I am a very inquisitive customer. With that being said, they had patience and answered all my questions without hesitation. I was offered a great price for the truck of my dreams! From the beginning to the end, I was treated as an actual person. The respect I received was something I really valued. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a any kinda of truck as Loan Star Motors of Humble has more trucks for sale than any other dealer around. Overall, this has been the most pleasant truck buying experience I have ever had. more

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT IN ALL RESPECTS! 9/29/2011

I purchased a Volvo XC90 and cannot say enough about the positive experience with the folks at Loan Star Motors. While I have purchased many vehicles in the past, I must say that this dealership is truly a class act! From the first call all the way to delivery, they were extremely professional and bent over backwards to be of assistance with my needs. Loan Star Motors truly epitomises what all vehicle dealers should strive to become and due to having exceeded all of my expectations, my 8 year old daughter and I are now the proud owners of a beautiful Willow Green XC90. John is outstanding. He has become a good friend over the last 2 years and we appreciate the way he services us. He suggested that a better option for my car needs and made an offer that was hard to turn down. Thank you John for all your help! Sales associate Josh did a fine job in preparing my vehicle, going through all the features and setting me up online. Overall a truly outstanding experience. Great experience at Loan Star Motors! 9/8/2011

Great experience I bought a truck and a car all at once. This is actually the second time I've purchased from them. Josh was an excellent Salesperson, that applied no pressure and answered every question thoroughly... He was kind and provided the best service. I appreciated the entire experience. Usually the good experiences go quietly unnoticed...so I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know about my experience. more
