Horrible experience. We didn't close when we were supposed to and it was all Loan Net Expo's fault, they even admitted it themselves. Then, on top of that, one of the people we were working with, Cody, was incredibly rude, blamed us for their mess up, then threatened us. His superiors did nothing but defend him when we complained. He was not only rude to us, but also our real estate agent. He is truly a pathetic scumbag who obviously gets off on being a j@ck@$$ to his own clients. DO NOT use this company unless you want rudeness and incompetence. In hindsight, I would have even paid more money to get better service!
