Welcome relief from high prices 4/14/2018

Bought two digital high power aids for $3600 and liked them so much that I brought my wife back and she bought two for herself at $1600. In Chicago and surrounding areas these aids were priced at $5,000 to $8,000 per pair!! I was very happy with their service and follow-up. For me they were VERY clear that I had limited time to return them for full refund (30 days). I am very happy. When technology improves again I would buy again. more

Be careful. You can lose a lot of money with these folks 3/9/2018

I bought a Digital BTE JOY HP 20 in Nov, 2017, and ,from the beginning had problems getting used to the hearing aid and I couldn't hear well with it. After sending it back a couple of times and emails, it still isn't acceptable. So, I sent the hearing aid back in March, 2018 asking for a complete refund and they refused. I had understood that there was a one year warranty on the aid and if it was not satisfactory, a person could get their money back. Not so. So, now, I'm out of a serviceable hearing aid and almost $800. Just be careful and make sure you understand how they do things. Oh, and understand that what they say is not necessarily cut in stone (they told me that in an email) more

Best place to get hearing aids 5/11/2017

I've always been happy with the friendly service and knowledgable staff. They take time to properly describe everything in detail and answer all of your questions. You feel like you're the only customer with the attention they give you. Best of all their prices are unbeatable! I got two advanced hearing aids for the same price another hearing aid office wanted for only one. WOW! This is such a great company to do business with! more

Excellent service and prices 3/11/2017

I fully recommend Lloyds Hearing Aids. I took their on line hearing test and got two hearing aids for an unbelievable price. The helpfulness and quick service along with their guarantee of satisfaction is really great. They encourage questions and give you time to decide what you want. Their "no pressure" attitude makes doing business with them a pleasure. more

Hearing Aids 2/25/2010

I had my ears tested independently and was quoted over USD 1,800.00 for one hearing aid. Then I emailed to Lloyds my hearing test results and they provoided me with the same hearing aid that the independent ear testing lab quoted me and Lloyds price was less than USD 500.00 Way to go Lloyds. What made it even better was the people at Lloyds were great very knowledgeable and very very helpful. The iindependent lab was nothing but Money Money Money on their minds more
