Unacceptable. I recently purchased a hookah from Liquid, only to find that it was defective and therefore useless. However, due to their Return Policy, they refused to take it back. I spent 70 dollars on absolutely nothing. All they would do is suggest a place to take it get it fixed, which infuriated me even more. They sold me a broken product and then told me to go spend more money to get it fixed. Their owner is never available. I was told he is out of town and also never comes to the store and they are under orders not to give out his number. The manager responded with ""okey dokey"" when I expressed my desire to submit a formal complaint about their policy and actions. I am also determined to give the owner an earful if I am ever able to get in touch with him.
