Good: When I go to any Chinese eating establishment ,if I see Asian people there, that's the first good sign that the food is ok. 3 dishes with soup and rice. Can't beat the price and food was decent. Bad: String bean plate looked more like onion plate with string beans. Improvements: For the type of establishment , none needed. Ling Ling is located in the Portola district in San Francisco on San Bruno Avenue. They have good food and great service and the food is relatively cheap. The restaurant is very small and tiny but still comfortable to eat with a small group of family or friends. They are right across from a Walgreens so eat your dinner and buy your necessities all in one stop! more

this is a little restaurant located in the silver district. The food there is not that bad. I think this is a good place to order food to go because the interior space is so small. I would recommend people to eat there if they are just want to have a lunch tea or just little food to go. It is not a good place to eat with a group of people but it is good for couple to just hang around during evening time. The people there is nice because they always greet you and walk you to the door. I would like to eat there because it close to my home. The good thing is that there are many store nearby so you can walk around and then have a tea there and order some chicken wings. The small dishes is good there such as chicken wings or salad in chinese style. more

this place is a little small and not very roomy. THe tables are hard to sit at and the food takes awhile to come here. THe lighting is bad and the dishes are a little dirty. Although the place isn't as good as other places, you do get the good prices. THey have fresh food that comes to your table and you know that it is cooked very well. The great smell and taste of the food is pretty nice. This place i would recommend for take-out, but not for sitting inside to eat. more

Ling Ling's offer a great service. Right when you walk in the door, someone is there to greet you and lead you to a table. It is quite a small shop, but the staff there are very lively. The owner of the shop is an Asian lady who is quite friendly. They also make food deliveries. If you go to this restaurant, you must try the hot and sour soup. It's delicious. more
