I have walked past this restaurant on the corner of Broadway and 108th several times, watching diners eat colorful dishes in a bamboo-enclosed outdoor space. Last night, we decided to give it a try. It was delicious! They served us a Thai version of chips and salsa--some kind of rice/shrimp puff chip with a chunky peanut dipping sauce. (a little strange, but a good nibble). For our entrée, we asked for the green curry with tofu and panang curry with chicken. We ordered one medium to spicy and the other just spicy, and I swear to you, there was a difference...they got the amount of spice exactly right. The curry was rich and flavorful without being completely overwhelming, and it was filled with a variety of rich summer vegetables. The prices are quite reasonable for such great service and food. Plus, they have a selection of beers on tap for $3!
