For those of you who like to wait 1 hr. 30 min to get to dinner then this is the place for you. Even our bread came out 30min after we had been sitting there looking at the olive oil. After all the wait...the food was so oily!! I had ordered a simple dish - Salmon - and it is the worst, flavorless, oily fish I ever ate. I wonder if the owners wrote the other reviews - because the fish/service was not all that. more

great fish, o.k. everything else 10/24/2002

The fish was absolutely delicious. I loved every bite. The sides and the soup, however, did not meet my expectations. The soup was too salty and the vegetables had a funny taste. Next time, I will only order fish. more

Five stars 8/22/2002

Limani's is Richmond's secret and one of her top three restaurants. Seafood, as fresh and quickly as airplanes can fly it in, is served here. There is nothing stuffy about it, Limani's can be as elegant or casual as you want it to be; you decide. The staff is professional, curteous and knowledgeable beyond expectation. Outstanding dishes and a balanced winelist make this restaurant one of Richmond's treasures. Pros: Food, Service, Price Cons: reservations needed more
