I've been going to Tim for close to one year. I don't think I've ever had a massage therapist that knew how to release tension and pain in my neck and shoulders, the way Tim does. I see him every couple of weeks, to stay in good shape. I think it's important to make massage a part of your life, as it can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle and remain pain free. My wife got me in to see Tim several months ago for chronic neck and shoulder pain from a bicycling accident several years ago. The tightness and pain was causing debilitating headaches. After having Tim work on my neck, the headaches have gone from frequent to rare and I now see Tim just every 3 weeks or so for "maintenance." His techniques get deep into the muscles and help keep me loosened to deal with working long hours, playing hard, and enjoying my life. I agree with the previous posting: "Tim is truly an excellent massage therapist. Plus, he?s just a really nice, caring, compassionate man." Tim has the strength and skill to taylor his massages to meet the demands of those needing therapy, not just those wanting to feel good. I have been going to Tim for about 9 months now. He has helped me greatly with my chronic (off-and-on for years) neck and shoulder pain. I scheduled my first visit through his website on a day when I was in so much pain that I could barely move. Almost immediately after seeing him, I was able to resume my active lifestyle, which includes 10 hour days at work, as well as golf, lifting weights, and long distance walking . I see Tim about once every two weeks, and he helps keeps me in shape to enjoy my life. Tim is truly an excellent massage therapist. Plus, he?s just a really nice, caring, compassionate man. Tim Kelley provides not just excellent therapy but also genuine compassion. He is 100% dedicated to helping me achieve a pain-free life. LifeCare is an appropriate name for his business because he truly cares about you. Tim is also extremely knowledgeable. He explains exactly why you're experiencing pain and he gets directly to the root of the problem. I went to 15 sessions with a physical therapist last year. I had some mild relief and decent progress. However, after my first visit with Tim I had great relief and it has only gotten better with each visit . I could not be happier. more

LifeCare massage was a lifesaver during my pregnancy. I had been getting regular massages before, so I was able to really see how it affected my body when I was pregnant. I struggled with sciatic nerve pain, and I swear I would have been completely miserable without the body work. I can't imagine what it would have been like with out massage. I tell all my newly pregnant friends to start getting massages before they have problems so that it never gets bad. It is so much better to prevent it than try to fix it after you are in pain. I've been working with Tim Kelley for over six years now. After many years of chronic neck problems and accompanying migraines, Tim has worked with me to get them under control. The term "deep tissue" takes on a whole new meaning when working with Tim, but it's what I need to get my chronic poor posture realigned. My neck problems and migraines are much better. He's also been a great life coach and convinced me to get the proper nutrition and exercise-- resulting in a 30 pound weight loss, plusI'm starting a Pilates program to correct my posture. I have being seing Tim Kelley of Lifecare Massage for about seven years now. The improvement in my overall well being, as well as specific muscular issues were immediate and life changing. I have always suffered with a stiff neck and back due to stress and job related strain. LifeCare Massage will actually do deep tissue massage that gets results, not the spa style "feel good" massage. Tim is very knowledgeable and his work will enable your body to repair itself and get better. I have been receiving massages from Tim for a little over a year now, and they have made a huge difference in my life.
