I love this practice. My family has been clients for 5 yrs of Dr. Joe Hannah and we love him. He always listens so carefully and takes issues to the next step when needed. He has helped us through medical issues with both our children with referrals and I thank him every day for catching signs/symptoms early and getting us the help we needed immediately. They are the most accessible also - this practice does not want you to take your child to an immediate care office and rarely fills prescriptions without first seeing your child. They can do that because they will see your sick child 7 days/wk, 365 days/yr! Yes, even on Saturdays & Sundays. I wouldn't want to take my kids anywhere else. more

caring, friendly ,physicans 8/18/2005

My children have been at this pediatric practice for many years. The doctors are very knowledgible, friendly and caring. They can almost always get me in to see the doctor the same day that I call...., never make me feel silly for calling about some minor ailment,...and always are respectful of my childrens' feelings( very important to me). The nurses are a big part of this practice and have helped me out on many occasions...filling out school paperwork for me that I had forgot to bring, giving me samples of things for the kids, and of course giving out those lollipops after shots ! There is also a game room and playhouse to occupy the kids while you are waiting to see the doctor. more

Awesome, Dependable Pediatrician! 6/16/2005

My children see Dr. Michelle Timmons at Riviera Pediatrics and I am very pleased. I love the way their office is run. Everything is explained well so you know exactly what to expect for sick visits, well check ups, after hour calls, emergencies, etc. I never have to wonder at midnight what to do with my sick child because I know their procedures. Each doctor has one back up doctor so you will only ever see your doctor or their back up; you are not tossed between all doctors within the practice. Their waiting room and exam rooms are decorated nicely with plenty of toys to occupy the kids while you wait. more
