Do not lease from here. Shady business practices. Not worth the fight. I would bring your business elsewhere. We were told a price on a lease, negotiated it down and then later found out that we were just getting the advertised sale price anyways which we at the time were not aware of. Somewhat our fault. We signed the agreements to lease the car and then decided to let them clean it up and pick it up another day. On the day of pick up we found out that they couldn't lease the car to us because we were out of the leasing area. A fact which we were not told nor did they seem to know prior to us signing the papers and handing over a check to them just two days prior. They mentioned that the car was ready for pick up and we could still lease it but at a different price than what we agreed to when we signed the papers. No deal. When we asked for the check back they responded that even though we never actually entered a deal at the time of signing because the lease at the agreed upon price was subject to lease approval they went ahead and sent my check to get deposited anyways. They said that it was too late to get the check back and that they would deposit the check and then issue me a check reimbursing me for the amount withdrawn from my account. This occured in November and Lia Nissan has yet to reimburse us with the money. I now have to seek them out and if necessary bring action to get my money back for a car that we never even got to take off the lot. Sucky managers. Sucky place. more

It was a very disappointing experience. The salesman had no experience in customer service and showed no interest in customer satisfaction. When I went to pick up the vehicle it had not been washed. He looked me in my face and told me he watched it being washed. I asked for a rag, that I would clean the wheels myself. I put up a fight and practically demanded floor mats for the vehicle. His response was that is the way it came in. He then had the audacity to ask me when did I get paid, so that I could purchase floor mats. If I had to do over again I would not have purchased this vehicle from Lia/Nissan in Schenectady. I will inform them not to contact me for future maintenance, for I will take my business ELSEWHERE. I will definately not refer anyone to these idiots. I've had better service at a buy here pay here car lot. Cons: Terrible service, and auto prep. The car literally stunk inside. more
