First off, the hair dresser was 1/2 hour late for my appointment. She never apologized or said that she is running behind and she would be with me shortly. She did not follow directions on how I would like my hair done. There were bands all through out my hair, the roots were orange and the ends were blond. She cut my hair, and it looked nothing like the picture. They did fix it, I had to sit there for hours. My night was shot due to me sitting in a hair salon the whole time. They were very short with me, which is bad customer service. For the money I spent the aggravation was not worth it.
Pros: parking was not bad
Cons: rude staff, not on time, not worth the price, management was disrespectful,over used products on hair-made hair oily and flat
