Thankful to not have purchased gown 5/8/2010

This was quite possibly the worst shopping experience of my life. The shop was unorganized, the staff was rude, slow and not very knowledgable and it wasn't even busy while we were there. There were all of 4 other people in the store!!!!! Stay away from Lett's, I will never go back and will tell all that want to enjoy the wedding planning experience to do the same. more

Disappointing Bridal Store 8/18/2005

Lett’s Bridal in Lansing is a nice bridal store for those who want to look at dresses for ideas. However, in my visits there I found that their selection of styles and sizes to be limited. Also, in terms of price, they are extremely higher than other bridal shops in the area. The customer service was satisfactory but their hours were very limited for evening visits. more

Quality selection 8/7/2005

This boutique has a large selection of beautiful, quality bridal wear and special occasion gowns. There are countless styles and many designers are represented. If they do not have what you are wanting in stock they are often able to order it for you. All of the necessary bridal and formal wear accessories can be purchased here as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have been in business for a long time and are skilled at what they do. I appreciate that they truly want you to find a gown that makes you feel beautiful and will go the distance to see that accomplished. more
