About Leslie: she can help with aches and pains from repetitive stress, sports, dance, trauma, pregnancy -- I know 'cuz these have been my reasons over the years. Her background includes dance, circus, massage, energy work, pregnancy & birthing support and tai chi. Probably other stuff too. This informs her understanding of what gives rise to pain or relief from different activities so she can help with yours.
About my results with AT and CS: after a few months of starting these modalities, there was a year where several times a month people asked me if I had lost weight. My answer was "No, I've been the same weight and measurements for the past two years." The difference was in my posture. When your alignment is good, your tummy looks flatter and your legs look longer.
AT is worth the time and money. Leslie is a particularly warm and effective teacher.
