Leone & Vaughn Orthodontics

I would NOT recommend this orthodontist. The treatment plan was inconsistent and continually changing. I am glad we are done with these docs and would never take our kids again. Every appointments were a long wait. We waited over 45 minutes most times to be seen by the assistant. I had my teen time the actual time spent with Dr.Leone once and it was only 78 seconds!!! When I have met with them, they mentioned the new things they have bought or the exotic holiday they went on and the marketing blitz they are doing (sports jerseys for soccer, basket ball teams, ….) or the fancy stuff they have bought for the office (with the $9000 I paid him for 78 second visits). Our child did not have 'bad teeth' to start so I do not have the dramatic difference in the end that would counter-balance all the bad service and the negative experience. more

Do not even bother to go there for the consultation! This place is all about marketing and getting as much money from you as possible! your health and well being never a priority (priority is too generous, its never even a second though). Not only you will find several versions of their websites, but also a huge amount of "EXCELLENT" reviews, all fake. I wouldn't be surprised if they hire a company to post fake reviews\r \r They sell themselves very well on the websites, but if you pay attention to the details, you will find them ridiculous:\r They try to make you believe that they are experts in the field, but in reality, if you ask any good dentists/orthodontists/doctors in Seattle area they'll tell the true colors of LandV their treatment is to make as much money off you as possible, doing procedures you don't need! \r \r They posted many pictures of before and after teeth on the sites, which is just marketing ! My dentist referred me to LVO as I was developing too much wear on a number of teeth that would lead to very expensive future repairs. Top notch husband and wife team who are not only exceptional orthodontists but they are also passionate about what they do! Behind these amazing orthodontists is a team of assistants and adminstrative members who compliment the office that they work for. I have done my research for orthdontists in the Seattle (ish) area and it really doesn't get better than Dr. Leone, Dr. Vaughn and team. What you see is what you get. There are no hidden motives with this team. They started treating my smile a year ago and I was so impressed I started bringing my daughter to their office as well, and we live in Olympia, passing by MANY orthodontists on our way up to Seattle! First of all the prices were higher than most others. But I chose them since I figured I was going to get great service at that price. Well I was wrong. First of all I did not like making appointments here. I felt that the times were forced on me and I could not really choose what time I could come in. Another problem is that if I came in with broken brackets his staff would just ignore them while replacing the rubber bands and send me on my way. The least they could do is inform me so I could reschedule to have them glued back on. But they did not until I pointed out to them that they were broken. Then it was time to take the braces off. I told him that my teeth still looked crooked to me but he insisted that they were straight. Since he is the expert and not me I agreed to have them removed. And sure enough I was right. They were not straight. So he spent the next six months making adjustments to my retainers to try to straighten the crooked teeth. But it did not work. He then offered to throw the braces back on to get my teeth straight. But I refused since it was already about 3 years since the treatment started I did not feel like starting over again. more

Hands down, Leone and Vaughn should be your first choice for orthodontic work. more

My orthodontic situation was really bad. I had gone to other orthodontists and I was quoted the same price over and over, plus I was told I'd need to go to an outside dental surgeon just to have a tiny metal pin inserted into my jaw at the gum-line. This was gonna cost an extra $800 which sounded completely ridiculous to me. Dr. Leone was able to take care of all of it at no extra charge. They're not out to over-charge you or refer business to their cohorts like some other orthodontists. She and her husband Dr. Vaughn are honest and very good at what they do. They can do a lot more than most orthodontists can and they do a great job at it. Something else that stands out to me is that they're such a Ken and Barbie couple. They're the most attractive orthodontists, not to mention attractive couple, I've ever met. In short, they're the perfect team in so many ways! ;) Be sure to get a consultation from them first! And don't worry they won't continually solicit you afterwards if you fail to use their service. Unlike some other car-sales-men orthodontists who can't take no for an answer. more

Drs. Leone and Vaughn are top-notch professionals, to put it succinctly, as is their entire staff. And all of them are the kind of people whom you would love to have for a friend. I had significant jaw and dental issues when I first walked into their office and they used their talents, creativity and expertise to give me a smile that makes me, well, smile. Often. The doctors were, without fail, compassionate and made it a point to keep me informed every step of the way. I also liked the flexibility of being able to choose whether to go to their Queen Anne or Madison Park location, as well as their staying on top of the latest high-tech methods for myriad procedures. But the most important thing they gave me is a beautiful, healthy smile. Occasionally, when I am driving near the office closest to my home, I look over and think, ""Gosh, I miss seeing all of my friends there."" How many other orthodonists could make a former patient feel that way? The answer is darn few. more

Leone & Vaughn was recommended by my Dentist. I have sleep apnea and needed jaw surgery. My Dentist, Leone & Vaughn and the surgeon worked as a team to move my teeth to prepare for surgery. Then my jaw was moved forward and my teeth straighten to their proper position. All this to relieve my sleep apnea symptoms. Without this great team working together the whole ordeal would have been a nightmare. Thanks so much to Leone & Vaughn for their professional, friendly, patient and organized approach to this arduous process. I'd give them a sixth star for their extra effort. more

We are happy to be patient's of Drs. Leone and Vaughn. Our entire family is or has been treated in their office. We have had a great experience with them and their staff. They have always been very flexible with scheduling which is quite a feat with a busy practice. They are busy for a reason...they are very good. They are very proactive and even surprised us at some of their recommendations. We didn't think our son was in need of orthodontic treatment at an early age but Dr. Leone brought out information from research that helped us make the best decision about proceeding with treatment. They see the very routine to the extremely complex cases so you'll always be in good hands. In a city of several fantastic orthodontic offices, you will be very pleased you chose Leone and Vaughn orthodontics...I am. My decision to choose Leone and Vaughn over other orthodontists was not simply due to the fact that their work would cost less and take less time, but because the feedback I received during my preliminary meeting with Dr. Vaughn indicated that they were would do a more thorough job. I have not been disappointed. Drs. Leone and Vaughan have taken extra x-rays, identified possible dental problems while working with my dentist, in addition to keeping my progress on schedule. Their expertise is matched by their staff's experience and skill. The office is friendly and well organized. I just got my braces off (on schedule) and am very happy with the results. I just got my braces off and I could not be happier with the results!!! At first I hated the fact that I had to get braces, I wanted nothing to do with metal in my mouth or any of other factors that go into the orthodontic process. But immediately after my first visit to Leone and Vaughn I quickly change my mind! With their awesome, friendly staff and convenient locations I was able make it to my appointments while also finding parking. You don't have to see the orthodontist that your dentist recommends, you can make this connection yourself, this office offers superior care. I just got my braces off today. Fabulous!! Veronica Williams... Dr Leone & Vaughn are a very nice married couple. I was not recommended by anyone but work near by, so I decided to talk with them due to my proxmity to work. I was initially impressed with the level of professionalism, in addition to them having various payment options and them being very easy to work with and talk to. They are very timely when you are scheduled for your appointments, as well, are flexible when you need to reschedule etc. I have now completed my services with Dr Leone & Vaughn and I will miss dropping in to see them every 6-8 weeks. I had both inside&outside braces, could switch to Invisalign in the last 3 months (didn't expect but was happy). Took 1yr&8months to complete that was shorter than I expected. Reasonable cost, very talented doctors. All staff is always cheerful, very nice office environment. Front desk also corresponds promptly all the time. It was amazing how Dr Leone and Vaughn proceeded my process, wearing braces at adult age shouldn't be fun but was fun to watch how my tooth moved fast and neat. I would highly recommend them to anyone no matter how old he/she is. more

I was referred to Leone & Vaughn (married couple) and feel very pleased with my decision. I initially scheduled a consultation to find out if I wanted to go through with braces or Invisalign. I decided to go with Invisalign and have been pretty happy with the process so far. The price is average in comparison to some of the other consultations I scheduled. The payment plan is very convenient as well. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I have called or come in for an appt. The office space always appears to be clean and organized. The parking was a bit of a challenge in the Queen Anne location, however the Madison Park location is very convenient. It can be a pain to schedule appointments because they split their time between the two offices. If you prefer once location over the other you may have a harder time trying to get an appt scheduled at your preferred location. I would recommend Leone & Vaughn to anyone seeking braces or Invisalign. Pros: Clean, Prompt & Efficient Cons: Parking (Queen Anne location) & Two Office Locations more
