I was recently looking for a hard to find item and these guys were great! After learning it would be a special order item I decided to shop around to a few of the bigger stores to see if they would be able to get it quicker. I left my name and number. About 6 weeks later I recieved a phone call that they had done a special order for another customer that changed her mind. Just the fact they remembered that I was looking for one was great but actually following through and calling to offer me the item was amazing!
