With the exception of one SUPER RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT employee -- ANNA in the eyeglass boutique at the Kissimmee office --- this is a generally nice, professional place to go for an eye exam. I was impressed with the doctor and he took a lot of time and care when he screened me. He recommended progressive lenses for me.
