I just got my first manicure here so I'm no expert, but this place seems reasonable. Signing in was a little awkward, there wasn't actually someone working at the desk, just one of the nail tech sort of shouting at customers making walk-in appointments. I paid $25 for a shellac manicure. The Guy working on me, Johnny, filed my nails shorter than I would have liked but other than that did a good job and was relatively friendly without being exceedingly talkative, which I prefer. Not sure how great the manager/owners' English seemed, but most of the other staff seemed totally fluent. The atmosphere is kind of cramped, but looked infinitely preferable to the other place in Meridian Mall, 90's Nails. I would agree with the other reviewers; this is really an "in-and-out" nail salon.
