phenomenal threading 9/15/2010

I have had my eyebrows waxed for the last several years. I have shied away from threading, just because I was told that it was a very painful process. I'm here to say that those people have not met Leah. I barely knew anything was happening to my brows and I must say that once she was done, I couldn't stop admiring them. Leah is amazing in what she does and I now can't imagine anyone else touching my face! If you have been suffering through waxing or threading you're paying way too much money for pain! Call Leah ASAP!!!! more

Best wax.. hands down! 2/10/2010

Leah is fantastic. The environment is personal and unpretentious and her treatments are fabulous and reasonably priced. Hands down the best (bikini/eyebrow) wax I've ever had and I also highly recommend her mini facials. Couldn't ask for anything more in a spa and, furthermore, Leah is a genuinely lovely person! more

excellent service,variety of flavors 10/12/2009

Once I had a party in the New York City. Due to my traveling my face became very black and I felt uneasy. I decided to have a facial. I inquired for the best facial service in the city. I came to know that Leah?s is the best at this service. Immediately I went to this place and had the facial. I felt very happy with the service. The quality of products was excellent and the service was amazing. I felt that the staff are very experienced and are very dedicated to their work. This service center has all the facilities to fulfill the customer needs. Definitely I recommend this to others. more

A solution to all skin care needs! 6/10/2009

I have been going to facialists and dermatologists for almost 10 years for my skin problems and Leah is the only person who has been able to help me. In my first visit, Leah analyzed my skin and recommended microdermabrasion and mini facials to clear up my face. After one session, I saw results like never before. My face actually looked and felt cleaner and smoother. Leah has an extensive knowledge of skin care and is able to accurately and effectively recommend treatments that actually work. I am a mother of 2 small children always on the run and whenever I have few minutes and want some pampering I call Leah and she is always accommodating let alone on time. Pros: great for people with little time and high expectations more

great microderm, relaxing environment, very private 7/14/2008

leah's very very sweet and her place makes you feel like your in a nice short-term getaway from the hustle bustle just outside. The atmosphere is very relaxing & she's very gentle with you. I've had microderm here & i highly recommend it. it only takes about 15minutes & your skin absolutely glows. i ave very sensitive skin, & my skin was not negatively affected by the microderm. i would not however recommend face waxing, especially if you have very sensitive skin. i would stick with an epilator-hurts like hell, but just pulls out hair, & doesnt mess w/skin. i wasnt too impressed with her waxing however. it hurt a little more than necessary & left my skin irritated-maybe it was just the wax. even though bliss can sometimes annoy me to pieces, they've just got it right when it comes to waxing. overall, very great for facial services, leah's great to work with, & a beautiful environment. Magical!!!!!!!! 5/19/2008

I love spa treatments and have tried many spas over the years. But since i have started going to Leah's, i absolutely will not go anywhere.I find that my money is well spent. she has the most incredible touch, i get the microdermabrasion and tone-n-lift facial which makes my skin look and feel fantastic. The brazilian and brows are done really well. i would highly recommend her to anyone. Just show up on time. I recently got the all natural spray tan, and it looks just like a real tan. more

Lovely Leah has a Tender Touch 3/28/2008

The first thing you notice about Leah when you meet her is her friendly smile with matching eyes to go with it. She then studies your skin and hits it on the button as to what you need and what she can do for you. Her calming nature contributes to one of the most relaxing experiences you'll ever have. Her facials are rejuvenating and she shapes eyebrows like no other. All in all, as you can see I am a fan, and I'm sure you'll feel the same. more

Not your average facial 3/24/2008

Leah gives great facials and has an amazing touch. She is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable right away. Leah does not push products on you but actually recommends products that will make your skin better. Anytime I get a facial I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Leah is not only a fantastic facialist but also a warm and delightful person who will seem like an old friend after only a few visits.My skin is much soother and clearer thanks to her expert treatments--and I feel totally relaxed after her wonderful massage of my face,neck,shoulders and arms.I always feel terrific after visiting her. more

Best brows and facial in nyc 3/24/2008

Leah is a master with threading. If you want great brows, go to her intimate, personal salon. Pros: Amazing Service. Good Value. Very Clean. Respectful. Evening hours. You don't pay for huge overhead. Cons: Not as fancy as some day spas. more

I always leave Leah's Skin Care feeling great. I know that I have done something good for myself, and my skin has never looked better. For years, I was not a fan of facials and generally avoided them. A close friend spoke so highly of Leah that I had to try her. Three years later, I am a loyal customer who sees her for a facial every month. I am constantly getting compliments on how well I look and that my skin looks younger. Leah's facials are also super-relaxing. The shoulder and neck massage at the end is the best! Definitely check it out. I have been going to Leah for over 6 years, following her when she went out on her own after working at some of the high-end spas on the Upper East Side. She is truly sensational, she combines her vast knowledge about skin care with a wonderful, warm caring manner which lead to both excellent results in terms of skin care and a relaxing, personal experience under her care. I go to her for microderm abrasion and she is always great about trying to squeeze me in to her very busy schedule. I have had her do bikini waxes and eyebrow threading as well. She is incredibly skilled at everything she does. I bought a gift certificate for a Leah's skincare spa treatment for my sister and I know she will be hooked too.
