I thought I'd try it out. Their policy is to take your credit card number to book an apt. I don't like leaving my card number and exp date etc., around where it may be used again. Since I don't know how they track things or if their employees, in writing down all of that information on the phone, decide to write it down and save. They were not at all understanding of this concern and acted like I should trust them, although they don't trust me enough to book an apt without all of that. It really turned me off and I found them to care more about themselves than their customers. There are plenty of places that do not make this ridiculous demand.
