Le Spa

Le Spa is a must experience in downtown Carmel, CA. In the midst of one of the most unique and popular coastal venues in the world, you can be pampered by a professional, knowledgeable staff. I would say that the European feel of Le Spa was appealing from the moment I entered the front door. The product lines are top notch if you need some pampering body supplies to take home. We enjoyed the couples massage package and can recommend to anyone wanting to compliment the Carmel experience together. Another nice touch with this Spa is that the choices of services are offered to you with a customization option and you can really create your own experience. You will feel comfortable during, relaxed and rejuvenated after, and grateful you found Le Spa of Carmel, CA. more

In all fairness to most spas in all states. My boyfriend and I visited this place and wanted a salt glow and massage. They could not service our salt glows so we booked massages for the next day and left. We found another spa through the city travel office and were able to book salt glows and massage. It seems as though Le spa does not have staff on the premises as the spa we visited after had full time staff available all day. When I called to cancel the massage here the owner was TERRIBLE... she was reluctant to cancel our services and spent over 5 minutes questioning my boyfriend and putting down the place we were at and accusing them of so many things. He was finally able to hang up and enjoy the place we were at very much. We told the owner of the spa we ended up having wonderful services at and she was was very professinal and apologized for Le Spa's choice to put down other businesses. We would not recommend this place to anyone without feeling pressured to book here. Cons: terrible pressure here more

I can not believe those other negative reviews!!!! It's obvious that they have not been at this Spa! Le Spa is one of the most serene and relaxing experience my Husband and I ever had! We both had a day at Le Spa over the week-end and all we can do is rave about it!!! Our massages were incredible, the staff was extremely professional, the rooms are beautiful, the heated massage tables were covered with beautiful linens and the music piped into the room was very calming. I also had a facial that was out of this world, they used all products from Paris and my skin just glows!! We both also had a manicure and a pedicure which were fantastic as well. I highly recommend this Spa! Pros: Thumbs up!!!! more

My girlfriend & I visited Carmel for the week-end to get away from it all. We booked spa packages at Le Spa. The treatments were wonderful and the therapists were even better. I just can't say thank you for going over and beyond for us. I will tell all of my friends to visit Le Spa! more

We tried three places this weekend and this was one that was way too rude to even stay for very long. We will never return and we have turned them into the city with many complaints. Don't bother with this place if you want to feel good. Natalie Pros: none Cons: rude, expensive, bad parking more

I can't say much here except this was the worst place I have ever been to. The staff was very cold and the prices were very high. I would hope they do not stay around to rip people off very long. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Cons: dark, rude, bad parking more
