Apparently Not Intersted In Our Business 7/9/2008

Emailed me them (via their website) about weekly lawn service. Took a week before anyone emailed us back. They had indicated that the "info" email address is not checked on a regular basis. They informed us that they would pass our info to their lawn guy to schedule a time to come by and give us a quote for weekly service. Wrote them an email another week later and to let them know we were still waiting for a call by their lawn guy. Lawns LTD emailed back and said they are too busy for our business. Would have been nice, if they were not accepting new clients, to inform us of this BEFORE we wasted our time. more

Lawns Limited is VERY INCONSIDERATE & SLOW 4/13/2007

I called Lawns Ltd. about a month ago and the secretary told me that someone would call me back in ONE MONTH. I thought, well ok, I suppose I can wait. (Even though I thought this was RIDICULOUS!!!) I marked my calendar, and it has now been OVER one month. I called back and asked if anyone ever planned to call me back. The secretary told me she would resubmit my name, and I would hear from someone in about a month from that date. (So, now we are going on two months just to get a telephone call). They are obviously TOO busy to even bother giving me a call. Therefore, they are not very interested in preserving a reputation of professionalism or customer service. So, if you are looking for someone who doesn't really care about your business, and who takes several months to even give you a phone call, then go right on ahead and use Lawns Ltd. I personally am going to find another landscaping service, someone who values me as a customer. more

Lawns LTD 8/6/2005

All I can say is WOW. They came to do some yard design for me and I ended up with the most beautiful yard. They did it with professionalism and they really added character and distinction to my yard. I had them put in some lighting and a fountain in the front with a little pond on the side of the house. They did a wonderful job and I will definately be using them again in the NEAR future. more
