Wonderful service 7/27/2010

At a time like this i was so happy to find people that were very helpful. from the moment i walked in i was greeted with a smile and it made feel secure. The receptionist was very helpful. She made me feel at ease. The gentlemen there were a god sent. they explained everything and i was able to see it was going to be a delight. they took the burden out of the word divorce. The divorce came through in a timely manner just like they explained to me. I am going to recommend all my friends and family. They were truly a god sent. Pros: courteous, professional more

its like going to hell and you meet some one at gate as a receptionist looking real genuiwin and nice , and they say to you ""you may come inside its nice in here"" , then go inside into a lake of fire. they r the devil .rah rah rah rah rah. Pros: dirty service Cons: dirty service more

Terrible customer service, not professional 4/7/2008

My friend had his divorce papers files through them February 2007 and he is still waiting for a judgement. He just got a calendar number this week, over 1 year later. Their service is unprofessional, not courteous and not helpful in the least. He has been calling every Monday for over a year just to have them say ""call next Monday"" with no further explanation. Stay away. They take your money and sit on your case. Pros: NOTHING Cons: unprofessional staff, not serviceable more

They will curse you on the phone if you complained their lack of service.\r (Actually there was no service. All they did was TOOK MY MONEY !) Just stay away. more
