Laser Marine INC

Hello Galveston, I stumbled across this site and saw a review about Laser Marine, I must say I had a different experience with laser marine, Maybe since Hurricane Ike, changes have been made, but I found Kenny the owner of laser marine extremely helpful and friendly, I also found he has extensive knowledge on outboards as a mechanic, I have run across a few in my past. The one thing I might add is his tells it like it is, I appreciate being to the point. Most people don’t take care of their engine, any expect mirricals. I do take care of my engine and it shows and Kenny was honest and timely about my fix. I was not taken advantage of and was treated very well. I recommend laser marine to anyone. If you don't mind waiting a very long time and shoddy repairs, if they repair at all, Laser Marine in Galveston, Texas is the one for you. They took forever to do a minor repair to our outboard engine carburetor and when the engine was reinstalled and restarted for the first time after the repair it had the same problem Laser Marine supposedly fixed. They are quick to charge, but, won't back up their work, if they even did any work. If you have a toy that needs AAA batteries replaced, maybe they could do that; but, chances are you just might get the same old batteries it came in with and a bill to boot. Good luck. more
