Joy made my car buying experience EXACTLY what it should be. I came to Dodge because I loved my current Journey, but knew it was time to get out of the unfavorable interest rate I had found myself in. Joy greeted me in the lot by telling me she was bored. I told her I was bored too, so I thought I would come buy a new car. I knew that we would get along just fine because we shared the same sense of humor! Anyway, we started out with a fully loaded 2013 Journey because of the rebates that came with it, but the numbers didn't work out. That, and I was stubborn, and knew where I could be in my budget. She suggested a sedan, I turned up my nose. She suggested a couple of Jeeps, but I think I really had my heart set on another Journey. She came back and told me that she found a car and "I was gonna say YES". I told her I had better love it. It was base model 2014 Journey. And I did. And I said YES. Best part...while signing the paperwork, a better bank offer came in at the 11th hour that changed the terms, lowered the payment, and extended the full coverage warranty, all for EXACTLY where I wanted my payment to be. THANK YOU!!! To Joy, for all your hard work and patience, and dilligence, you were wonderful to work with!
