In January 2009, I bought an 2008 KIA Sportage and loved it! I loved the sales person that helped me, Noah. I was very impressed, that in August of 2009, my wife and I bought also a 2010 KIA Forte SX. Not only is it a great vehicle, but still gave us great trade in vaule for a 1998 Ford Taurus that broke down apparently after we signed the papers. \r
I kept seeing ads for the new Sportage and how different it looked. I went to Grand KIA only 5 minutes away (horrible idea) and they were very rude and said, there would be no way to make a deal on the new Sportage. I went to Larry H Miller 25 minutes away and they said the Sportage is nice, but will get a way better deal with the Sorento. My wife and I worked with Walter, Noah, and JP who made our test drive experience and sales experience very comfortable with no pressure like most dealers. Got a low interest rate and ended with the same payment as my 2008 Sportage. Purchased March 1, 2011. \r
Just today March 14, found the little window had shattered due to a factory flaw and with no questions asked, the service department was on the phone with KIA saying they will pay for the new one and within minutes Seth in Sales helped to get a loaner vehicle to us. \r
Usually most dealers they sell you a car and the feeling you get when you come back is ""what do want?!"" With Larry H Miller, you feel welcome each and every time without even buying a car. I am also sure that Larry H Miller VW is the same great service!
