When I pull up to the service doc I was greeted by Jay Morris. He checked me in and with in a few minutes I was able to head to work. When car was done he called me to let me know what was wrong and what they did to fix it and then I was able to pick up car. Ever since I purchased my 2002 Pontiac Trans Am through the Larry H Miller Chevrolet Murray, Utah dealership, I have been a solid customer ever since. I have had the very best experience with your dealership!!! From day one buying my 09 Malibu, to the day I bought my 11 Malibu!!! After I contacted Steve ahead of my visit, he was ready with the vehicle for a test drive when I arrived. He made the process uncomplicated and straight forward. His approach was without pressure and ready to answer any questions. He made sure the GM supplier discounts I expected were accomplished. Steve made the process of the purchase smooth and a pleasent experience. During the process I decided to request that LM Miller Chev consider a trade and make an offer. Steve was very accomodating and made the arrangments quickly to have the evaluation and offer prepared. Once the offer was precented, I decided to sell the vehicle on my own. Shortly after, your used car salesman asked what I really needed from my trade, I suggested and he counter offered. I considered the offer and accepted. This required Steve to adjust the paperwork already in process but he gladly did so. The process was pleasent and I would return for another purchase in the future. more

I had some concerns since i was out-of-state and would not see the car prior to purchase. My sales person assisted with arrangements to have a 3rd party of my choosing inspect the vehicle. I've had the past 6+ oil changes done at your location for two reasons: (1) Regan Andrews is awesome to work with and (2) the ""$75 for three oil changes"" deal is a great bargain. Previous experiences in 2010 included some problems, which LHM Chevrolet did remedy (although delays caused by not having oil filters in stock and ""stuck"" oil pan bolt were frustrating). I now know to call a day in advance to make sure the items needed for my vehicle are in stock and to make sure that Regan is working when I come in more

I was in there and my car was immediately taken back for the service it needed and boy what a difference it made. Every since I bought this car it has not had a good air conditioning or heating system and I just thought it was the car. He knew right off the bat what was wrong and took it back and it was done in half the time he said it might take. Yes I enjoyed my quick visit and hope I don't have anymore problems, but well definitely be in for my servicing and anything else it needs. I feel I won't be taken advantage of and thats a must for me. more

He always has a smile on his face and his cheerful get it done demeanor is contagious. Often times a delivery driver is always the end of the line for the ?blame game? and they always seem to be forgot about when congrats are deserved. I had several mysterious problems with my Chevy Suburban. I told the Service Dept at Larry Miller Chevrolet and they had me bring the truck in. After several visits where I didn't think it was fixable nor was it reproducible. They asked me to bring the truck in one more time and paid for a Suburban rental for the day. They surprised me by searching the internet and found a bulletin that addressed the problem. My truck is fixed and I am very happy. What wonderful service! I highly recommend Larry H.
