I was told when I arrived that it might be 3 to\r 4 hours to complete the work on my Fusion. Chris\r said I could get a ride home and be picked up\r when car was done instead of sitting around waiting. I really thought that was a really good gesture so I took his advise and did it. more

Good Deal 10/19/2015

Baroken reat seat release mechanism. Complex problem. Parts ordered, took three weeks. Provided loaner auto, given updates intermittently. Replaced, reassembled. Seat release function still nonfunctional. Graciously, helpfully invited to return the vehicle. Same mechanic examined, readjusted, explained why seems different. Resolved, reassured, explained with respect. All under warranty. Thank you. more

Exceptional Customer Service 10/12/2015

I did not specify any definite appointment time other than that I would come in as early as possible this AM. They took the car right in when I got there, which was really nice and helpful. I was offered a ride home, but I declined, preferring to stay there and wait. The repair work was done in two hours time which was acceptable and expected. more

It was time for my 5K mile oil change but I had a few other issues to discuss with Tony who is always attentive and never fails to address my concerns. The transmission shudder in my 6 speed Focus had returned even though I had the service called for on the recall last year.\r \r The techs fixed the problem and now it is smooth at low speeds again, thanks to Tony and the team. Tony is the best and has done a great job taking over for the previous Green Team leader. more

The Best 10/8/2015

Welcomed and directed to where I needed to go by kind lady spotting customers and helping them find their way before having to open a door. Also, Jason on silver team was upbeat with a thorough research finding my warranty information and good at explaining the repairs needed. He also explained several times without getting irritated. Thank you for overall excellent service at a time when my faithful car wouldn't start. more

My 2003 Ford Range would not start due to old battery. Although I didn't know that's what it was until the service person told me over the phone. He said, get a jump and bring it it. I was told that they could take me home and bring me back (I'm within 15 miles). Dropped off around 8:30am pickup the truck at 12:30pm. Not bad for a Saturday without an appointment! And the price was better than I had expected. more

No pressure by our salesperson. The negotiating process was exceptional - only three back and forths on the price. The manager worked with us in getting the price we were willing to pay. We received excellent direction on the tech aspects of the car from both James and Carrie. Overall, a very laid back and comfortable buying experience more
