Most people probably don't take the time to write positive reviews, but I will.
We bought a bathroom fixture a few years back and when a bulb went out, we found out we couldn't remove ANY of the bulbs (bad design, IMHO).
We went back to them and showed them the problem. They took time (it took a few weeks) to lobby the manufacturer, but eventually they got us a new fixture for nothing! It would have been easy for them to say ""Not our problem"" or ""Sorry, it's past warranty"", or ""No receipt? No help."" -- but they didn't.
Good people trying to do the right thing, IMHO.
