"If it's possible I would give them no stars. In 2005 I had an issue with my car starting. Sometimes it would start and sometimes it wouldn't. I knew it wasn't my battery or my alternator, as these had both been checked. I googled it and found that my particular car had a common problem with the crankshaft position sensor failing which resulted in the erratic behavior.I dropped my car off a few days before Christmas and told them I wanted the Crankshaft Postion Sensor to be changed. Well I got a call the next day that it was ready. I took 2 buses to get there and when I arrived they told me that I owed over $200 for them fixing something with my distributor cap or something. They never called to let me know that they had decided to go against what I requested.I guess since I'm a girl I didn't know what I was talking about so they decided to do what they wanted. Maybe I was wrong and this was what was wrong with car, but why didn't they call? I was irritated, but I wanted to drive home to Houston for Christmas, as i was on a very tight schedule, and I was too tired to argue. I paid the bill and went out to my car. I put in the keys and turned the ignition over. Guess what? It didn't start. I was so frustrated and when I went back inside, all I got was a horrible attitude and no apology. They then decided to change out the crankshaft position sensor, which took several hours. They told me there wouldn't be a charge. I had already paid more to have something unnescessary done. I told them I wanted my money refunded back from the original pointless repair and I'd pay for what I had originally asked for. They finally agreed, again without any apologies.
Pros: None
Cons: Poor Attitude, overpriced, lack of communication, don't listen to you
