This place is new, and not running full out. The website is misleading, only half the park is built out. The layout of the park is horrible, the sites close to the lake are all back in and short.
The pull through sites are only the width of the RV, no room for error, no room for chairs, only room for the RV.
The streets are not wide enough for a class A, I have a 40 footer with a 25 ft trailer, the rear tires on the RV and the trailer tires were over the curbs going into my spot and out of my spot.
I guess they are after the trailer business, but some of the pull throughs look to be 70 to 80 feet in length.
A guy in a 45 ft Liberty squeezed into a back in site by the Lake, by the time he left (2 days) the concrete under his rig had separated from the rest of the pad and cracked diagonally, what a mess.
It also looks like they have run out of money, the roads by the lake are mostly concrete, the ones halfway back are asphalt. I bet a Class A will sink in the hot asphalt come summer.
This place has great potential, good location, good restaurant, long pads, but it needs an overhaul to handle Class A's, and especially Class A's with trailers. They need to double the pad width of the sites for Class A's and move the pedestals so that all the rigs point towards the lake. Tear out the asphalt, replace it with concrete, and widen the roads by 10 feet.
