We used Lakeshore Funding for our original mortgage nearly two years ago. It was a great rate then, but we refinanced a few weeks ago to fix the rate on the 2nd mortgage. Once again, our agent came through and got us a fabulous rate. He even came with us to the closing for the refinance in case we had any questions. Picked up most costs on the refi.
They send out a monthly newsletter with helpful homeowner tips that has been surprisingly informative as well.
We found them through our realtor, and several friends have subsequently gone through them as well.
