A great church with a real heart for the community! more

I love lakeshore! 2/1/2010

Lakeshore is a special place....a rare find! We have been there 13 years. It is my family away from family! For years this congregation has empolyed a full time childrens minister, fulltime jr high and fulltime sr high minister. They couldn't be more children and youth focused! I love the diversity within Lakeshore. Randy is always at the door greeting everyone on their way in and out. Come and feel the love of fellow christians and the presence of God! more

There is a lot of heart at Lakeshore Christian Church. 1/27/2010

My family moved to Nashville for my husband to attend school for only 27 months. We found Lakeshore and it became our church home and family. We weren’t able to dive in and become active in the different ministries until our second year of attendance due to the intensity of my husband's course of study. But when we did, Sunday morning relationships came alive. If you are a deeply committed Christian become an active member of this church body. It is worth every minute you invest. We have moved back to the Southwest and are renewing old friendships but we will always cherish the friends we have at Lakeshore Christian Church.\r \r Ministries that we participated in include: Children’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Small Group Fellowship, Men’s Ministry, Parent’s Day Out, and the Prayer Ministry.\r more

Come join us for our Grand Opening! All are welcomed and guaranteed to be Blessed! 1/18/2009

Allow me first to clarify some issues in response to the review entitled ""Hypocrites for sure"". Lakeshore Christian Church moved from our location at 3325 Anderson Lane in April of 08. We have been meeting since that time at Thomas Edison Elementary School. I am always sorry to hear about someone's bad experience visiting a church but I believe that you must have been attending another church not Lakeshore. \r \r I have been a member of Lakeshore for the past four years. I feel blessed that God led me to this church! Lakeshore is the first church I ever attended where you could see and feel the love and friendship among the members and the eagerness to invite and welcome new visitors. Pastor Randy is always standing at the entrance to the santuary greeting those going into and leaving the services. We have a huge ""Greeter committee"" who meet and greet all individuals, new, old and visiting. Pastor Randy's preaching style is so unique as he uses movie clips, songs, and various props to bring to life his message. Paster Randy is dedicated to preaching the Truth, even Truth that most don't really like to hear! This is what makes me love this church even more. I so appreciate hearing the Truth of what the Bible actually says not what other's Interpret it to say. Just as the Christians were first called Christians' at the establishment of the Church at Antioch, so we are called to this same church.\r \r Lakeshore's new campus will be opened on Februrary 1st. We hold services at 9am and at 10:30. There are classes and services for all ages. Safari Park and Selah Park are wonderful children's programs, Jr High and Sr High Youth Groups teach our young people about their Savior! I personally pray that if you are seeking a church home and read this you will come visit us at Lakeshore as I know you will be welcomed as you come and leave feeling Blessed. Our new location is located at 5434 Bell Forge Lane East, Antioch, TN 615-367-0817. more

Hyprocrites for Sure 12/2/2008

went to this church for a month or so but found it to be a very snobbish group of people while i was there, of course there were a few that made you feel welcome but not even the preacher comes up to get to know you...it is a fairly large chuch but that is no excuse for the same people to come up and welcome them to your chuch sunday after sunday. They have an obsession with being the best and the youth group is very inappropriate and full of very unsettling children putting a show. I do not recommend this church if you like to be part of the group or are a family person i do on the other hand recommend it if you like to be a flower on the wall it would be perfect for you! Pros: decent sized Cons: personality and fellowship more

Church Home 10/6/2008

I am 21 years old, and I attend this (lakeshore) church. It was the first church that popped up on my GPS when I was looking for a church because I had just made a move from Nebraska. After attending this church my search was over ..... They are exactly what I was looking for in a church home.. Its so important while looking for a church that you look with an open mind, not just what can I get out of it but what you can give to the Lord. This church leaves me hungry to do more for Christ. Just wanted to write my thoughts.. May God continue to bless you all.. more
