Charged more for tires than stated on Internet when I ordered. Ben did not care. No longer recommend to my friends and relatives.

Accomodating and Trustworthy 11/20/2013

Have used Lake Murray Tire and Automotive for years. They are quick and accommodating especially the few times I had last minute emergency work done. The best thing is they are honest with you on if they can do a repair or should recommend you elsewhere. The guys over there are great to work with. more

Prompt, quaity and reasonable cost service 11/15/2013

I visited for routine oil change and tire rotation. I also asked to have my battery checked, the car is now 4 years old with original battery, and I had a hunch it may need replacement, so the y checked it. It did need to be replaced, so I did it. With winter coming, and cold days, I did not need my battery to fail and strand me somewhere. I was very pleased with the service, and they had it in stock. more

Service without an appointment 10/6/2013

As I am a caregiver for my husband, I'm not always sure when I can take the van in for service. Every time I've gone in without an appointment, I've received excellent service and in a very timely manner also. Really nice folks to do business with. more

Work quality, reasonable rates 9/26/2013

Tire blew out on PT Cruiser. I was not able to successfully communicate that I wanted Lake Murray Tire to check the other tires to make sure they were not also going to blow out. My inability to communicate caused the Manager Ben to feel I was trying to get all new tires. Lake Murray stood behind the bad tire and did, with some reluctance at first, check all of the tires. The other tires were all okay. more

Emergency visit 9/24/2013

I had a low pressure tire as I left for work yesterday, called LMTA, and they checked it out and repaired as needed. All on a very short notice! Thanks guys! more
