My experience at Laguna's was less than enjoyable: management should consider: 1) hiring a semi-competent waitstaff, and 2) hiring people who speak English. I haven't been so inconvenienced trying to spend money in ten years. Is it my responsibility to train the waitstaff while they're trying (and I use that term generously) to: 1) get my drink order right, and 2) remember to deliver the drink, halfway through the meal (which smelled like sewage, by the way). I'm sorry to say I paid money for a lunch platter of which I ate two bites. I've seen teenage slackers at fast food restaurants with more competence and frendliness than Laguna's. I'm contemplating contesting the charges to my credit card for the ""meal,"" because I feel as though I've been taken. I wanted to speak to a manager, but finding someone capable which speaks English is evidently not in the Laguna's style.
Pros: none, none, none
Cons: incompetent waitstaff, nearly inedible food, service? what servic
