One of the Best 3/17/2006

This has to be one of the best parks in Tulsa. The playground is HUGE! Since the weather has been nice I have been taking my son out to play at this park and we love it, it is our 2nd favorite. This park is very large but can also be very busy. If you want to just walk, the walking trail is sooooo very nice, you may even get wore out so wear good walking shoes! One of the BEST! more

Great park! 8/29/2005

Lots of fun for the kids and people of all ages, perfect for taking the kids and while watching you can hang out and talk to other parents. The kids always enjoy themselves and the enviornment is very safe and fun. As part of the 20/20 plan for the city, Lafortune park was updated and has some of the newest, safest, and most fun playground equipment around. more

FAVORITE PARK IN TULSA! 7/13/2005

If you're new to Tulsa, swing by LaFortune Park to check things out. There's really something for everyone. I go there to get some excersise... they have a 3 mile walking/jogging track that runs around LaFortune Golf Course. They have a ton of playground equipment for the kids... it's like a Chucky Cheese experience Also, lots of covered pavillions with grills & tables. All free, you just have to reserve them thru the City (www.cityoftulsa.org). It's a great place to have a BBQ with a big group. And of course, the LaFortune Golf Course is an inexpensive public course. I think it's about $12 to play... not bad! more
