Only take your clothes here if you are willing to let someone handle them who has A) no regard for the outcome, B) can't tell the difference between a Chanel or a garment from Forever 21, and C) when they ruin your favorite dress will not take responsibility for it. If you're cool with that...then this is the place for your to take your clothes.
Through referrals, I trusted them enough to take my YSL dress to them. Big mistake. They cleaned the stain so hard that the dye actually came out of the dress, and they cut open the seams of the dress. They handed it to me on a hanger with the seams ripped open and a big round bleach-like mark. They apologized that the stain didn't really come out, but made no mention of the fact that they ruined the overall dye and as a result broke down the fibers of the dress in said location. When I asked them about this and the seams. They were adamant that the seams were already open! They also refused to take any responsibility for the result. Run away as fast as you can, even if you're a loyal customer. It's a matter of time before they show their true colors and treat you and your clothes like garbage. Don't say you were not adequately warned.
Take your really good stuff to French Hand Laundry in Pasadena or Browns in Santa Monica. As for your regular stuff....there's gotta be a thousand better alternatives than this place. Do your research. I really wish I had on this one. I will never make the same mistake again.
Cons: will eventually ruin your clothes and not care!
